5.1 Plans

Luxury Watcher offers a free tier and paid subscription tier(s). Free access may include limited content or features. Paid subscriptions grant access to additional content and features as described on our pricing page. Plan details, including pricing and included features, are subject to change with notice where required by applicable law.

5.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account or the customer portal we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you retain access to paid features. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law or our policies, please contact us. We will respond in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUXURY WATCHER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxury Watcher and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
